Don’t buy this. It lasted us 15 months and stopped heating. We don’t use it every day either.

Great look but no durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased this microwave 3 times and it seems like everything works great. However after the 3rd year something goes wrong the 1st one wouldn't open, 2nd one stopped turning and now 3rd one won't heat anymore. Loved the design just wished it would last. Each time they had just passed the warranty, and the extended warranty is of no use. Need a new one that will fit the trim kit any solutions for this

What’s happening with my microwave?

I love this microwave but now the open button is broken and last night the microwave was very hot like it over heated and none of the buttons would work! This morning the buttons are working again but is it safe to use any longer????

Just 3 years of use now Broken

Bought this microwave in 2022 and now its dead with a magnetron. Just 3 years of use and its useless now. Dont waste your money

High wear parts are plastic

Great microwave, but we are on our second one (and now looking for a.THIRD) because of the door button breaking. We had our built ins designed for this microwave and the trim kit, so options for proper dimensions are slim. Looking at reviews, it does not seem like they have fixed the plastic hinge on the button. Of course, the hinge breaking has happened out of the warranty period both times.

Try a different brand

Didn't even last 2 years before it stopped heating completely, and of course its outside of the warranty period.

Decent microwave with a very frustrating issue.

Microwave has been decent. When I opened the door to wipe down the inside I heard a click and the light went out. When I looked closely I noted that the light bulb had fallen down into the side wall and was still on. I cannot find any videos or instructions on how to fix it, which is very frustrating. Nothing on the website that I can find. The connection must have been loose as it wasn’t touched. It shouldn’t require paying a repairman for this.

Nice looking but didn’t last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still looks brand new & works but the display has a ghost extra digit now & the push button door release is loose. It says 10 year warranty but only for one specific part. I would not purchase this model again !

Limited features

It's a decent microwave. I liked my previous LG microwave more. It had a lot more setting and cooking options. My new one works, just has less features.
