Many orders will take longer than usual, you should EXPECT DELAYS. Be assured we are working hard to deliver all orders as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

PAYMENT: A minimum 50% deposit of CURRENT pricing is required to place order. Balance is due prior to delivery, appliance pricing could change, any PRICE INCREASE will be applied to order at the (UMRP) MARKET PRICE. Any cancellation of an order is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. In addition, any cancellation paid via credit card will incur a 5% cancellation fee.

RETURNS: Any (STOCK) item returned (other than as a result of concealed damage) is subject to store approval and a minimum 25% restocking charge. Special order items (NON-STOCK) are non-returnable.

DELIVERED ORDERS: Unless specifically written, prices DO NOT include DELIVERY, INSTALLATION or HAUL-OFF of old appliances. These services are available at additional charge.

EXTENDED WARRANTY RETURNS: there is a 60% charge based on the retail price to cancel the warranty. The customer is responsible for this charge.

Alabama Appliance is committed to promptly addressing any cosmetic damage or service issues reported within 48 hours from the delivery date. In the event that such damage is reported after this 48-hour window, we kindly request the customer to directly contact the manufacturer to schedule a service call.

Delivery:

DELIVERY: At the time of delivery, Customer is responsible to inspect and accept delivery to be free of damages. Unacceptable items may be refused or noted(for repair) at time of delivery. Damage to product or property, including concealed damage, that is reported after the delivery team has left the premises is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer accepts complete responsibility for items left on property in sealed boxes. During the delivery and installation process, the Delivery team may take pictures to insure quality.

If the customer requests a delivery reschedule after the delivery team has already arrived at their home, the customer will be charged for a second delivery attempt.

DAMAGE: Customer accepts complete responsibility for damage to products or property unless reported when the delivery and installation representatives are in the customer home.

Invoice:

INVOICE: Customer accepts all Terms and Conditions as posted on Alabama Appliance website.

PRIVACY: Alabama Appliance does not sell nor share its customer information with any third party unaffiliated companies.

DELIVERY: At the time of delivery, Customer is responsible to inspect and accept delivery to be free of damages. Unacceptable items may be refused or noted(for no-charge repair) at time of delivery. Damage to product or property, including concealed damage, that is reported after the delivery team has left the premises is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer accepts complete responsibility for items left on property in sealed boxes.

DAMAGE: Customer accepts complete responsibility for damage to products or property unless reported at time of the original delivery or service, while the delivery or service representative is still at the home.

PAYMENT: Alabama Appliance maintains a security interest in any unpaid products for any reason.

RETURNS: We accept returns for 14 days for “never been used” items which are in “New condition”, without any damage, and include original packaging, manuals, and installation components. Special orders, clearance, closeout, and display model items may not be returned.

CANCELLATION: Current and company stocked items may be canceled prior to delivery for a full refund. Special order, clearance, closeout, and display models are not cancelable, deposit will be forfeited if these items are canceled.

REBATES: The consumer is solely responsible to submit and claim all rebates, including scheduling of delivery within rebate program dates.

CONSUMER PAYMENT PLANS: All consumer finance and payment plans which have been submitted by customer and approved will be submitted for funding immediately, and the scheduled payment program will begin immediately, regardless of delivery date.

WARRANTIES: Alabama Appliance does not warranty any of its products. The manufacturers of the products warranties the products.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES: Many products quality for extended service coverage plans (ESC) at the time initial purchase is made. Customer is responsible to select this at time of initial purchase. In some circumstances, customers may be notified by a representative of Alabama Appliance Company prior to manufacturer’s warranty expiration and offered additional coverage.

CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE: By signing, Customer accepts all payment terms and conditions of issuing credit card when used for payment. Customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of the issuing bank credit cardholder agreement.
